Sustainability is fundamentally important to our catering company and as a team, we take a lot of pride in all of the little things that we do together to help us to be kinder to our environment. We begin with careful and meticulous planning of our menus to avoid food waste by using the freshest fruit and veggies handpicked from the local Veg Markets, and taking advantage of what’s seasonally available. Over our 20 years in business, we’ve also built close relationships with our suppliers who continually offer us the best ethically produced produce, meaning good sustainability practices from the farm to the plate! We have recently removed plastic cling wrap from our kitchen. As a result your food is now delivered, in a Biodegradable product which is 100% recyclable and 100% biodegradable in landfill. FGF Catering Co is committed to reducing its reliance on single use plastic.
